IKEA’s new tableware and home accessories, designed in collaboration with Swedish designer Gustaf Westman, invite you to celebrate any moment; there is no need to wait for a special occasion. From porcelain plates and cups to candleholders and lighting, the collection brings a playful, modern twist to festive traditions. The porcelain meatball-serving tray has already stirred online buzz, and now it is joined by an entire lineup distinguished by bold color combinations and tactile curves. The Holiday IKEA x Gustaf Westman forms part of this year’s VINTERFINT winter collection.
Most pieces in the collection are crafted from a single material, porcelain or stoneware, and come in one of four striking colors. The palette combines classic festive tones of red and green with unexpected pops of bubblegum pink and soft dusty blue. These vivid shades, combined with Gustaf’s signature sculptural forms, give each piece a playful yet refined character.
We especially love the flower vase, which resembles a simple metal spiral twisted into an hourglass silhouette and comes with a separate glass vessel to hold a small bouquet. Lighting is another highlight of the VINTERFINT 2025 collection, with whimsical pillar candleholders, candlesticks, and tealight holders designed to bring a cheerful glow to any setting.
The range features candlesticks in two colors and porcelain candleholders that evoke the square and round shapes of the plates. These accessories are complemented by a portable, rechargeable lamp with two chunky rings that twist into a donut-like orbital form. Gustaf also reimagined the traditional Swedish Christmas window lamp as a sculptural candelabra with a curvy base topped by an orb-like light. All these pieces pair effortlessly with the rest of the collection.

Inspired by the memories of the designer’s grandmother serving cookies without a proper way to present them together, he has also designed an oversized saucer that easily holds both a cup and cookies for convenient carrying. The set comes in dark green and bubblegum pink, with green nodding to festive tradition, while pink adds a fresh, modern twist.
