The company has unveiled the PicoPlay series, its new line of coffee cup-sized portable projectors. The series comprises two models: PicoPlay and PicoPlay+, each combining compact form, powerful projection, and integrated social entertainment tools. Both look identical; the only difference is in the brightness level.
Both models deliver 1080p resolution with DLP technology and offer 400-450 ISO lumens of brightness. Running on official Google TV, they provide access to over 10,000 apps and more than 700,000 movies and shows. Each projector can display an image up to 200 inches wide from 17.4 feet away.
The PicoPlay series has an easy control interface with an action button for app shortcuts and touch controls, so you can navigate quickly even without a remote. Its gimbal-inspired design automatically focuses and aligns the image as you move or tilt the projector. This hands-free calibration ensures instant setup without any manual adjustments.
The lineup takes entertainment to the next level by making it more social and immersive. There is a Bluetooth speaker mode to enjoy 360-degree music playback while the Vertical Play feature lets you enjoy TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts on a big screen in vertical format. Additionally, the projector includes colorful ambient lights and soft shadow filters to add dynamic visual effects in any space. The lights can also sync with the music to create a pleasant environment.
The JMGO PicoPlay projectors measure just 85mm wide and weigh 0.74kg, making them easy to carry for outdoor trips. Both models work with JMGO’s Power Bank Stand that provides up to four hours of battery power. This makes the projectors perfect for parties, outdoor events, or movie nights without access to power.

The projectors can be controlled hands-freely with built-in Google Assistant. You can simply give it voice commands to watch, adjust the volume, or get answers. There is also a feature to wirelessly cast movies, shows, and apps from your phone.
The PicoPlay series is now available for a discounted price of $299 on JMGO’s official website, while it can also be purchased from Amazon, with prices starting from $350 for the PicoPlay model.
