The Kallaway tiny house by Australian builder NJ Tiny Homes is a versatile dwelling that is equipped with twin lofts connected via a walkway. The clever design of the 30-foot-long tiny house on wheels is further enunciated by its surprising configuration. With a height of 10.4 feet, the mobile abode feels spacious. Furthermore, it is packed with modern amenities so the residents will not have to compromise on anything. Needless to say, the Kallaway leaves nothing to be desired.

The black exterior stands stark with the bright interior. Inside, you can lounge in a spacious area or cook gourmet meals in a fully equipped kitchen. Although the builder provides the option between single or dual loft layouts, the addition of a second loft does add a certain charm to it, offering accommodation for up to six people. The dual-loft layout of the Kallaway is more impressive, thanks to a joint staircase access and a walkway.

The front door opens into the kitchen, which is tucked under the walkway. It is equipped with L-shaped countertops, a large sink, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, and space for a big refrigerator. There is an option between an LPG or induction cooktop.

Past the kitchen, a sliding door conceals a residential-style bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity sink, a walk-in shower, and a standard toilet. On the other side of the house, a big living room comes with a wood-fired fireplace, space for a convertible couch to increase accommodation, and a coffee table.

Next to the living room, a joint staircase leads to the loft bedrooms. One of the lofts is located above the living room, while the other is across the walkway above the bathroom. Both lofts can sleep four people combined.

The Kallaway tiny house comes outfitted with off-grid capabilities to offer complete freedom and mobility. The dual-loft model is priced at AUD 135,000 (about $83,550) and also features a modern reverse-cycle air conditioning system.
