One of Europe’s largest tech fairs, IFA 2025, is almost here, and it is impossible to imagine the event without consumer electronics giant LG. Expanding its home cleaning solutions for the European market, LG will unveil two new robot vacuum cleaners at IFA 2025, aiming to capture the niche market currently dominated by Chinese brands. These new models will feature steam functionality in both the vacuum and docking station, offering enhanced convenience and powerful performance to simplify everyday life.
The new LG robot vacuum is much better than its predecessor. It has more than double the suction power and steam mopping capabilities for getting rid of grease and spills. The dock cleans and sterilizes the mop automatically, keeping it fresh and odor-free. The vacuum cleaner delivers a deeper clean on both hard and carpeted floors.
Another key highlight of these vacuum cleaners is the built-in design that conceals the device when not in use. The stylish dock fits in with your home and keeps everything organized. Moreover, LG’s security platform helps protect your personal data.
LG’s first product at IFA 2025 is a built-in robot vacuum station that fits neatly under the kitchen sink to save space. It has a door that opens automatically so the vacuum can come and go on its own. The station uses an air circulation system to reduce noise when it empties dust. It also handles water refills and drainage automatically. There is also a built-in turbidity sensor that checks the mop’s cleanliness and starts washing it whenever it gets dirty.
As noted by Korean Pulse magazine, the second home cleaning product is the Objet Station, which is crafted to complement modern home interiors. It appears more like a piece of freestanding furniture unit than a typical appliance. It is designed to blend seamlessly into living spaces such as bedrooms and living rooms.

Both models automatically handle dust collection, mopping, mop washing, and drying. The LG robot vacuums also use AI to spot things like dirt, dust, and furniture for better cleaning and smarter movement. If it finds a carpet while mopping, it goes back to the dock to remove the mop so your carpet doesn’t get wet or stained. There are no words about the pricing and availability yet, but you can expect more details after the release at the IFA 2025.
