Built on a triple-axle Iron Eagle trailer, the compact abode offers a total living area of 310 square feet.

With the vibe of a traditional country home, the McKenzie features a split roof. The exterior features a board and batten, modern shiplap siding, cedar corbels, an accent-painted alcove, and a black metal roof. The front glass door opens inside the cozy living room, which is equipped with a fireplace, custom mantelpiece, convertible couch, reclaimed and live-edge wood accents, and open shelving.

Past the living room, a fully functional kitchen has custom blue cabinets adding a splash of color to the otherwise neutral color palette. The kitchen has shaker-style base cabinets with open wall shelving, a sink, butcher block countertops, an electric cooktop, a range hood, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There is a small ledge near a window in the kitchen where you can enjoy the views while sipping your choice of poison.

A galley from the kitchen leads to the bathroom and a storage-integrated staircase. The bathroom comes with a backlit, de-fog mirror, a vanity sink, a toilet, and a shower.
