Compact tiny houses with versatile spaces are an agreeable deal, as they allow you to make the space adaptable to your needs, despite their size constraints. Mo.2 675 Highline tiny house by Mooble Tiny House offers flexibility of space with multifunctional furnishings. It includes a bedroom that turns into a flex room and a living room that transforms into a home office in a jiffy.

Accommodating up to two individuals, Mo.2 675 Highline tiny house measures 27-foot-long, 8-foot-wide, and 12-foot-high. It has a durable exterior with Thermowood Finland pine exterior wall coverings, aluminum roof covering, Velux roof window, and Dupont Tyvek breathable insulation coating inside and out. There is a huge picture window at the back for panoramic views of the outdoors and heat-insulated aluminum door and window frames.

The interior is insulated and constructed in natural birch plywood wall and ceiling coverings. It has an adequate flux of natural light thanks to the windows and two glass entrance doors. Flaunting a single-level floor plan, the interior of the Mo.2 675 Highline is outfitted with a flexible living area, kitchen, bathroom, and an adaptable bedroom.

Don’t be fooled by the size of the living room, there is so much going on in this space. There is a fixed desk integrated within the sofa which unfolds into a dining table. The living area can also be a perfect home office with two chairs. There is a skylight overhead that filters in natural light, minimal shelves to display things, and a huge window to bring in the outdoors.

The builder has kept the kitchen minimal. There is a countertop with a foldable counter extension, sink, and adequate cabinets above and below the countertop. There is a refrigerator, cooktop, and a space where a tiny fridge or dishwasher can be fitted. Across the kitchen is the bathroom. It is outfitted with a vanity sink, flush toilet, shower, and a single shelf.

At the far end of the home is the bedroom. It is enclosed by a sliding door and has a Murphy bed, which when not in use transforms into an entirely new space for your personal and creative endeavors. When it’s time to relax, pull down the bed from the wall. This multifunctional bedroom has slight storage space above the bed and a second glass entrance which brims the room with light.

The Mo.2 675 Highline tiny house is built for compact and comfortable living. It seamlessly combines relaxation with a convenience of space that aligns with your needs. This dwelling is priced at $43,300.
