Being one of the company’s beautifully outfitted Mohican models, it impresses with impeccable woodwork throughout, amplifying its cabin aesthetic. Although compact, it lacks nothing in comfort, functionality, and storage. It is an ideal dwelling for a budget-friendly weekend, travel tiny house, or full-time residence for two people.
The Mocha tiny house is a low-cost micro-dwelling built on a 20-foot trailer. The exterior is strengthened with the LP vertical smart siding and slanted steel roof. The exterior is fitted with a storage box. The white trim double-pane windows and an entry door bring in light and fresh air.
The compact house features a comfortable interior with generous storage and facilities that a quintessential house offers. Just like other Mohican models, the Mocha is furnished with a living area, kitchen, bathroom, and a loft bedroom that sleeps two. Inside, the LVT flooring and poplar tongue & Groove add a raw finish to the space.
When you enter the house, a cozy living area greets you. The living area manages to house a sizeable sofa bed with storage underneath, a large bookshelf, and a drop-down table attached to a wall. A mini-split air conditioner keeps the temperature moderate. Everything is nice and cozy in this space thanks to the panoramic windows and minimal aesthetics.
Moving ahead, the kitchen is equipped with a countertop, a sink, custom cabinets, a refrigerator, a washer-dryer, and space for a microwave. It might not be your dream tiny house kitchen but it is more than enough considering the space limitations.

Across the kitchen is a bathroom. It is enclosed by a sliding barn door and has a fiberglass shower, a composting toilet, and a vanity sink. For storing toiletries, there are adequate floating shelves and hooks for hanging towels.
The loft bedroom is accessible via storage-integrated stairs with a handrail. With a low ceiling and minimal walking space, the room accommodates a queen-size mattress, a small cabinet unit for storing things, and windows on both sides inviting views and light.
