No Man’s Land Fort is a Victorian sea fort targeted by the French in 1878, which is now turned into an extravagance five-star hotel. The Fort was built in Solent as part of the Palmerston Forts and is 2.2 kilometers off the coast of the Isle of Wight. The fort was purchased by Clarenco, also the owner of Spitbank Fort and Horse Sand Fort, in 2009 for £910,000 with an intention to restore it as a hotel.

The fort is now ready to serve its guest with all the iconic and unique luxury living, serving venues with its own character and charm. According to Clarenco’s Executive Chairman Mike Clare, the No Man’s Fort is a unique party venue with complete Cabaret Bar, matchless LaZer Battle Arena, an inspiring private island, providing all safety and security features to its customers.

The luxury hotel can accommodate 44 guests in its luxurious suites, and 200 guests for parties and events. It is nearly three times bigger than Spitbank Fort, therefore offering magnificence to its guests. The gun ports are refurbished into bedroom windows allowing magnificent sea view and the gunpowder rooms are now turned into cozy snugs for the visitors and tourists. The fifteen-foot granite walls offer full protection to its customers from the callous weather.

The anti-aircraft gun room is now sun deck, from where visitors can watch boats passing in and out from the Portsmouth Harbour. The center of the structure sports an open-roofed design, allowing ample sunshine to enter the suites and the bar with lounge area. The fort is redefining the word luxury by offering private nightclubs, rooftop hot tubs, saunas, etc. And, for thrill seekers, there are RIB rides, jet biking, sea kayaking and kite surfing.

All 22 suites on the fort cost £450 (approx. $684) per night, while the suite in the lighthouse is £1,150 (approx. $1750) per night. The guest will be welcomed with a glass of champagne and a tot of rum, and a full English breakfast.

Amazing Avenues is also offering £99 (approx. $150) per person lunchtime packages, including four courses and return boat from Gunwharf Quays. The fort serves you everything from luxury lodging to thrilling rides to comfy stay with family and friends for a price.
