Tiny houses show that even an extra inch of space could do wonders. Paradigm is this Ochoco tiny house, an extra-wide and upgraded version of its predecessor, Sonoma tiny house, measuring 30 feet long and 10 feet wide. Crafted by Oregon’s Spindrift Tiny House, the dwelling has been thoughtfully built with an open layout, a sleeping loft, a lounge area with a foldable couch, along with other desirable amenities, making it a perfect option for a small family to downsize.
Exuding a modern farmhouse black and white aesthetic, the exterior has been kept minimal with a sloped roof, black vinyl windows, and a lockable sliding glass door. Thanks to a gaggle of windows and skylights, the interior is bathed in sunlight during the day, making the space look bigger and breathable.
The expansive lounge area has a sofa that turns into a queen-size bed, a fireplace, and an air conditioner for optimal cooling. The encompassing windows turn the area into an immersive, relaxing space, where you can enjoy some quality time with your loved one or take a quick nap.
There is a multipurpose fold-down table next to the lounge area. This table comes in handy for dining and working. Allowing you to prep some hearty meals, the L-shaped kitchen is mindfully designed with accessibility in mind. It is furnished with a subway-tiled backsplash, an abundance of storage with cabinets and shelves, along with a large pantry. Additionally, there are full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, a range hood, and a microwave, completing the kitchen. If you still need more space, you can utilize the storage under the stairs with internal closet space.
From the kitchen, you can walk into the bathroom, which is well-designed and practical. Enclosed by a sliding pocket door, the bathroom exudes luxury and is outfitted with a subway-tiled shower and bathtub, vanity sink, and minimal storage.

For sleeping, the loft bedroom is a welcoming nook. Spacious enough for a double mattress for two, the room is accessible via storage-integrated stairs. It has an arched ceiling, offering a generous headroom for an open feeling. However, windows and the stunning skylight make it feel roomier.
There is some storage as well to organize your things. The builder offers customization options in the choice of cladding, interior wall colors, metal roof, refrigerator, and living room upholstery. You can own the Ochoco tiny house for $140,000.
