Fellow and Branch duo, after the success of Stagg EKG+ Electric Kettle, has come up with a professional-grade coffee grinder that any roasted bean enthusiast would love to have at home. Dubbed the Ode Brew Grinder, it has been successfully crowd-funded on Kickstarter with shipping scheduled for August this year.

A powerful and precise home coffee grinder with barista-like capabilities, it has been meticulously designed, after two years of research and testing, to reduce mess and noise and grind the best Cup A Joe for you.

Jake Miller, Founder of Fellow said,

For the last two years we have been conducting user research, prototyping, and lab testing and we are proud to announce our Ode Brew Grinder.

The Ode is designed to sit proudly on a countertop while also providing a variety of features to make home grinding and brewing experience easier, quicker, and more enjoyable.

Grind quality and consistency are important to the taste of coffee. With its 64mm stainless steel flat burrs, the Ode Brew Grinder can crush coffee beans consistently in no time.

The matte black finish of the Ode is dominated by a large control dial that gives access to 31 grind settings. The grinder’s direct-drive smart speed PID (proportional integral derivative) motor (which is available in cafe-sized grinders), in combination with a built-in sensor grounds beans in consistent particle size and shut off automatically once the chute is empty.

Capable of handling four-cup load on a single go, the efficient Ode Brew Grinder has a magnetically-aligned catch that keeps mess and noise to a minimum. It would cost $299 in retail.
