Polish builder Mobi House has emerged as one of the best tiny house makers in Europe. With its gaggle of incredibly compact but comfortable, all-inclusive micro-dwellings, the builder advocates the truer, smaller side of the industry when it comes to size. Introducing its Olive tiny house, a 16-foot-long dwelling meant for off-grid living, Mobi House displays the sincerity of going tiny.

The Olive tiny house on wheels is built on a double-axle trailer and boasts a black exterior. Despite its incredibly small footprint, the compact dwelling manages to pack two lofts, a versatile living space, a complete kitchen with modern appliances, and a small bathroom.

The tiny house flaunts a reverse loft layout, where the functions of the main floor area (i.e. living space) and loft (i.e. bedroom) are swapped with one another. With versatility at its core, the Olive tiny house has a sofa bed with storage beneath on the left side, which offers sleeping accommodation for two. Accessible via a fixed ladder, an entertainment lounge under a skylight is located over the living room-cum-bedroom. It features a wall-mounted television, a wall-mounted table, two bean bag chairs, and bookcases.

On the other side of the tiny house, a cozy kitchen, bathroom, and loft bedroom are located. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a two-burner cooktop, generous countertops, ventilation hood, oven, sink, overhead shelves, and under-counter cabinets. A foldable dining space for two is located opposite the cooking area, next to a closet that houses a full-size refrigerator.

A foldable ladder provides access to the main loft bedroom, which sleeps two people with ease. It has a large skylight and storage space with sliding doors.

The bathroom of the Olive tiny house is concealed behind a sliding barn door past the kitchen. With an off-grid setup in mind, the bathroom has a compost toilet, and separate tanks for clean and gray water. It also has a vanity sink and a full shower.

The Olive tiny house is highly customizable and can be outfitted with additional off-grid features. For more information regarding pricing and delivery of this particular model, you can get in touch with the builder.
