Fifteen years ago, no one would have envisioned that tiny houses would be the next big thing in architecture. But a lot has changed over the years, whether it is social and political turmoil around the globe or the collapse of economic structure. Whatever the case, all these reasons have added to the surge of the tiny house movement.

Today, we will look at one such home that is not only an epitome of excellent architecture but also an embodiment of cozy living. Dubbed Olivia Summit tiny house, the 42-foot-long tiny house is designed by Silverton-based tiny house manufacturing company Tiny Mountain Houses.

The 9.2-foot wide micro-dwelling provides an excellent alternative for buyers looking for a single-level mobile habitat with two separate bedrooms. It not only sans a loft but also eliminates the need for stairs and ladders to open up the space and offers capacious interior.

“This model offers a multitude of in-demand fixtures and finishes including a 36-inch entry door, and space-saving pocket doors throughout that could make this home the perfect fit for your tiny home needs,” points the maker.

The tiny house is finished in hardboard residential siding and capped with a 40-year standing seam metal roof. The standard entry door boasting a 9-lite design with a deadbolt welcomes the visitor inside the home. Light and air penetrate via white residential vinyl high-efficiency Low E glazed windows.

But again, the key highlight of the home that separates it from other micro-dwellings is its beautiful single-level residential layout that offers two separate bedrooms. These bedrooms are located on alternative ends of the house and sleep four people combined. The bedrooms are also accoutered with closets and storage units to allow dwellers to keep their essentials.

The tiny house features a living room in the center. The living room is equipped with a couch, a center table, and a breakfast bar. Other features include a television and a wall-integrated fireplace that adds a dash of décor to the house.

Nearby is the kitchen. Featuring standard laminate countertops and backsplash, the kitchen includes a stainless steel deep sink with a chrome faucet. It is outfitted with residential-size appliances, including a two-burner electric cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and a washer/dryer unit.

Opposite the kitchen is the bathroom of the tiny house. It features a shower, toilet, and vanity. The tiny home can also include an optional second bathroom, customized upon purchase. Priced at $90K, the Olivia Summit tiny house is a versatile dwelling offering modern and luxurious features.
