Few months ago, Le Palais Royal in Florida was listed as the most expensive house for sale in U.S. with asking price of about $139 million. But the latest entry i.e. Palazzo di Amore (Palace of Love) in Beverly Hills has broken its record with $195 million price tag, which only super-rich can afford. The priciest home for sale in the U.S. is listed under agents Joyce Rey and Stacy Gottula, of Coldwell Banker Previews International.

The gigantic estate is built over 25-acre land including a private vineyard and a detached guesthouse. Other highlights of the exterior are its 128-feet reflective outdoor pool for the owner to relax and its 27-car garage for safely parking expensive vehicles. Interior of the luxury mansion boasts 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, 50-seater Theater, bowling alley, game room and 15,000-square-feet entertainment complex along with a ballroom. The living room covers 35,000-square-feet area, including a two-story entrance hall with a chandelier and two sweeping staircases.

Entire internal area features luxurious and dramatic décor that adds royal charm to the mansion, making the most desirable property in the nation. As mentioned before, the villa has its own private vineyard so there is no surprise that this lavish mansion houses a 13,000-bottle wine cellar, featuring bottles of syrah, cabernet, sauvignon blanc and other pricey wine collection. Moreover, its huge glass windows offer exotic views of the surrounding landscape. The property is indeed worth this hefty price tag, but we’re keen to know who would be ready to shell out such huge amount for this royal mansion.

As of now, check out the images given below to glimpse beautiful architecture of the Palazzo di Amore.
