If you are in need of an additional space or looking for a cozy nook to get some work done, then the Plus Two tiny house is your reliable solution. Built by Australian Highland Tiny Homes, the house is outfitted with a compact yet practical layout, along with a bedroom, bathroom, and work space, making it ideal as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). It can be used as a guest house or for work-from-home scenarios.

Measuring 23 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 12 feet high, the Plus Two tiny house features water-resistant wood grain flooring and modern cabinets. It also comes with optional upgrades such as solar power and timber flooring, creating a cozy and functional space.

The exterior has French doors and large aluminum windows, keeping the interior of the tiny house soaked in natural light throughout the day, eliminating the need for artificial light. The combination of ecogroove boards and colorbond panels adds to its simplicity and subtle beauty.

Inside the Plus Two tiny house, the layout offers two separate spaces. On one side, there is a bedroom. It accommodates a double bed for two, a side table to keep phones and books nearby, and a full-size wardrobe. There is an air conditioner in the room for optimal cooling, creating a cozy and comfortable space for sleeping.

On the other side, a multifunctional space can be used as a home office, studio, or additional bedroom. Both rooms have ample glazing, offering an unobstructed connection with the outdoors.

The bathroom is centrally located. Enclosed by a sliding pocket door, it has a tiled shower, vanity sink, mains plumbed toilet, and built-in cabinet with an awning window for ventilation.

Since it is intended as an additional dwelling unit to a main residence, there is no kitchen. But if you fancy this tiny house for a full-time or short-term living space, a kitchen can be included by the builder.

Whether you want to expand your backyard space or create a tiny home community, the tiny house is a versatile and practical solution. Starting from AUD 86,900 (roughly $56,000), Plus Two tiny house is a seamless blend of comfort and convenience.
