Colorado-based company Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses has crafted a rustic gooseneck mobile habitat very much to the liking and envision of its owner, thanks to her scaled artistic drawings. A semi-retired real estate professional contacted the astute tiny manufacturer to build Rusted Mountain Roost Gooseneck tiny house.

Measuring 312 sq ft (28.9 sq m), the tiny dwelling lays its foundation on a double-axle trailer and is easily towable. What catches the attention at first glance is the house’s exterior; solid plain rustic Corten steel for the siding and structural insulated panels for the framing, enveloping the house as a whole. The tiny house features a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and dual lofts.

French doors open straight into warm wooden interiors with a living room (on the left) and a bathroom that has a neo-angle shower, vanity and sink on the right side of the house. The living room makes space for a sofa and fold-down table to comfortably fit in. It extends into the kitchen that is snuggled well into the left rear end of the house.

The kitchen features a cooking range, deep drop-in sink, washer/dryer, pantry, pull-out trash drawer, folding cupboard and drawers to hold all your essentials well in place. Plenty of open and hidden storage spaces make it easy to hide the kitchen utilities.

Sitting on the top is a comfortable guest loft that is accessed via a wooden ladder that can be pulled down at an angle. Opposite is the main bedroom sleeping loft that makes space for plenty of headroom and is comfortable to sleep in. It makes space for a medium-sized bed, some storage space while big broad windows light up the room.

Barnwood saloon doors in here can be left shut for full privacy. The layout adds warmth to the sleeping area of the house. You may visit the official website of Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses to get detailed information about this dwelling that’s primarily sold at a price tag of $84,000.
