‘It’s not the size that matters; it’s about how you use it’. This is the tagline of Ottawa-based tiny house firm MMRH Tiny Homes. Still new to the business of building micro-dwelling on wheels, the tiny house company has unveiled a mobile habitat dubbed Rylie tiny house on wheels. Measuring 40 feet long and 10 feet wide, the micro dwelling is built as a family home and boasts more space and home comforts than one might expect from a towable tiny dwelling.

The tiny house features a metal and wood exterior alongside a myriad of windows allowing light to enter inside. Being 40 feet long, the tiny home is capacious enough to host three bedrooms, two of which are loft and one is a main-floor bedroom. Together, the three bedrooms sleep six people combined. The main bedroom has six drawers under the bed that enhance storage. Each of the loft bedrooms is accessible via a dedicated staircase.

The Rylie tiny house includes a gourmet kitchen. Packed with cabinets and shelves, the kitchen further hosts a range of appliances including a refrigerator (not visible in pictures), a microwave, and a range hood. Not to mention, a quartz countertop and sunken sink that adds more functionality to the house. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room of the house. It is a bright open space that can be furnished with a center table and a sofa.

Elsewhere is the bathroom which includes a toilet, vanity, and a shower. It isn’t the most impressive of the bathrooms but looks quite spacious. The bathroom splits the main floor bedroom from the kitchen space. As aforementioned the main-floor bedroom is spacious and perfect for sleeping elderly who find it hard to access the lofts.

The makers seem to have uploaded the pictures of the Rylie tiny house in a hassle, which is why the construction seems half-done. Anyways, $132,000 is what the company is asking for the tiny home, which I believe is a lot when compared to the functionality standard. In case you still like it, visit the official website of the makers, we have linked above.
