Living in a tiny house comes with numerous advantages: You get to live a life of simplicity, peace, and flexibility, along with financial freedom that limits most people. The Shogun tiny house is a true example of all that is good about micro-dwellings. Built by New Hampshire-based Beechwood Tiny Homes, it is crafted to provide mobility and all-season comfort in a compact space for dwellers. The house has two bedrooms and an open-plan interior, suitable for up to four people.

Measuring 28 feet long and 8.5 feet wide, the exterior of the Shogun tiny house has sand siding with exposed fasteners, further accentuated by Shou Sugi ban board and batten siding around the door. The charcoal standing seam metal roofing adds to the longevity and durability of this tiny house. It has multiple windows and a full-size entrance door, keeping the interior merry and drenched in natural light.

Inside, the house offers modern comforts, insulation, and high-end finishes for full-time living, making this dwelling a worthy option for downsizing. The dwelling offers 228 square feet of open-plan layout, which accommodates a lounge area, kitchen, bathroom, ground-floor bedroom, and loft bedroom, ideal for a small family to start their tiny house journey.

When you enter, an immersive lounge area with a couch and a coffee table welcomes you to rest and breathe. It is open and bright with large windows, offering plenty of sunlight and views. There is a ceiling fan for keeping the space airy.

The lounge area seamlessly flows into the kitchen. It is outfitted with a generous countertop space, ample cabinets, and shelves. The appliances include a refrigerator and a cooktop, allowing you to prep full meals with convenience. Across the kitchen, there is a multipurpose foldable table, where you can dine as well as work.

Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a bathroom. It is outfitted with a shower, flush toilet, ventless washer-dryer combo, compact vanity sink, and storage. For sleeping, the ground-floor bedroom offers a comfortable and cozy space. Enclosed by a door for privacy, the room is big enough for a queen-size bed. There is a closet for organizing laundry, a ceiling fan, and windows, keeping the room bright and airy.

The Shogun tiny house also has a loft bedroom, accessible via a ladder from the kitchen. For safety, the loft bedroom has been enclosed by a wooden railing, so that you can sleep worry-free. The loft is quite roomy, and an arched ceiling gives more headroom. For tranquil sleep, a king-size mattress can be adjusted in this room.

Two egress windows make the room cozier and welcoming for dwellers. Combining minimalism and ingenuity, the Shogun tiny house can be a start of your downsizing journey at just $86,800. You can check out the company’s website for additional information.
