After the 19-foot Escapada tiny house, we are thrilled to see the Sora tiny house as another defining example of clever layout. Crafted by Georgia-based Dragon Tiny Homes, the house measures just 16 feet in length and accommodates a bathroom, living room, kitchen, and full-fledged loft bedroom, utilizing every square inch of space for a sought-after full-time living experience. If you are looking to downsize in a compact and comfortable space, then this tiny house may appeal to you.

As we have already mentioned, the Sora tiny house measures 16 feet long, with an 8 feet in width and 13 feet in height. It flaunts a vibrant color block exterior with large windows for natural light. Inside, the tiny house offers 135 square feet of tasteful living space, which feels bright and open because of encompassing windows.

You walk through the front door and see a tiny kitchen. It is outfitted with a bench top, basic cabinets, tiny shelves, and a bar top for meals, coffee, or additional work space. There are appliances as well, including a full-size refrigerator at the entrance, a cooktop, and a designated space for a washer-dryer unit, all tucked nicely without cluttering the space.

Across the kitchen, there is a built-in floating desk under the stairs, creating a dedicated work-from-home setting. It accommodates a chair and a table. Here, you can get your ideas flowing without being disrupted. Nearby is the bathroom, which is quite spacious with a shower, a toilet, and a vanity sink.

Bask in the sun in the living area, which lies at the opposite end of the bathroom. There is a full-size plush sofa, which transforms into a guest bed when friends and family stay over.

The best thing is that the Sora tiny house has easy access to the loft via stairs with a safety railing from the living room. The loft bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and cubby storage. There is not much headroom; however, a window adds depth and light, making the room feel cozier and snug.

The Sora tiny house is a true standout with a smart and mindfully crafted layout, tailored for both work and relaxation. You can even get the personalization done by directly connecting with builders. This sweet haven can be yours for just $39,750.
