Starbucks has dropped its 2026 spring menu with a refreshing blend of sugar and spice to keep fans energized. The coffee giant’s spring menu is a much-awaited one and will be available starting March 3. For 2026, Starbucks brings back its lavender-flavored items, expanded chai options, toasted coconut drinks, and a new cake pop. While the fans remain divided on lavender’s return, there is no denying the allure of the refreshing floral notes.
The biggest news, however, is that Starbucks is offering customizable chai options. The ability to expand chai recipes to offer customers better control over sweetness, spice, and overall intensity is a smart move. This way, you can make it exactly to your liking. The base will use black tea, warming spices like cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and ginger, but still be tweaked.

Everything included in the Starbucks 2026 spring menu
- Customizable Chai Options: Rethinking its fan-favorite drink, Starbucks has crafted a new chai recipe with customization in mind, giving you control of sweetness, spice, and overall flavor
- Coconut & Ube: The new Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew and Toasted Coconut Latte come with toasted coconut syrup. Limited-edition, Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato will also join the menu with creamy layers and bold flavor
- Return of Lavender: Returning favorites like Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte, and Lavender Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage join the new Iced Lavender Cream Chai
- Frog Cake Pop: A new cake pop with vanilla cake mixed with buttercream, dipped in bright green chocolate icing, decorated as a frog
- New Energy Refreshers: New spring Energy Refreshers with options of caffeine-free or extra boost of energy with Starbucks proprietary energy blend of B vitamins and caffeine naturally derived from green coffee extract for an additional charge

Needless to say, the new Starbucks 2026 spring menu has fans excited and nervous at the same time. Many are disappointed that Starbucks is bringing back lavender and not exploring other exotic floral flavors, while customizable chai has people nervous. But everybody unanimously loves the frog pops. How it all fares with our taste buds remains to be seen on March 3.
