Tantalus tiny house is Left Coast’s flagship model and the most popular. This dwelling captivates with its upbeat and open layout that makes efficient use of space. Comprising an easy-to-access loft bedroom and a sizeable open kitchen, the house offers a minimal lifestyle with utter sophistication, functionality, and simplicity.

Noah Van Hullebush, the owner, designer, and lead carpenter at Left Coast builds tiny houses that are a work of love and genuine in their construction. They are usually outfitted with amenities that dwellers look for in a tiny house. The Tantalus tiny house is an example of his brilliant craftsmanship and great attention to detail. The exterior is attractive with a stand-out design, uplifted with windows, an entrance door, and a warm lighting fixture. Besides, this Tantalus tiny home is available in two sizes: 10’ x24’- 30’ and 8’6” x24’- 30’.

Inside, every corner of this home brims with abundant natural light. The open concept includes a kitchen, living area, bathroom, and an accessible loft bedroom. Guests enter the living area with nothing extraordinary just a plush sofa, a side table, and a large window offering a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Next up is the well-lit kitchen with enough space for two to prepare meals and have a good time. For ease of cooking, the kitchen accommodates full-size appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, and range hood. There is a sink and an impressive amount of cabinets for storage. The dining set-up is just an extension of a countertop with more storage space and two stools. Light fixture hanging from the ceiling adds to the subtle aesthetic of the space.

Across the kitchen, there is a comfy sitting nook by the window, outfitted with drawers beneath for additional storage. Surely, the view is stunning but the utility and comfort of having an extra nook is satisfactory. Moving on to the bathroom. It is well-designed with a usual vanity sink, large walk-in shower, toilet, and washer-dryer unit.

Just outside the bathroom are tiny shelves for decoratives. Up in the loft, accessible via a staircase with storage and underlit treads, the bedroom is naturally lighted courtesy of the window and skylight. The bedroom comprises a queen-size bed, a full-sized wardrobe, and some additional storage.

Tantalus tiny house offers an open and efficient living space that is adept at meeting every day needs of the dwellers. The house facilitates simple and harmonious living while offering a connectivity with nature. The pricing varies between $125,000-$160,000 CAD (roughly $86,500 to $110,750).
