For those who dream of living in a house on water, this sleek floating house is comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Located in Seattle, the 875-square-feet floating home is designed in shape of a cottage to provide cozy living space to the potential inhabitants.

From outside it looks like a minimalist cottage, but inside the house is decked up with luxury furnishing. It includes two bedrooms along with a beautiful living area, a kitchen, a dining room and a rooftop deck that overlooks the surrounding view. Interior is clad in wooden finishing, whereas kitchen is equipped with SS appliances, granite countertop and cherry cabinets for storage.

For extra comfort, the house is integrated with heat/AC system to regulate temperature inside throughout the year. Floating along Eastlake shoreline, the private residence is a wonderful retreat for those who are looking for settling away from the land. But for this luxury floating cottage one needs to shell out half a million dollar.

However, this tiny house on water seem totally worth the asking price. As it offers all luxurious amenities despite the small living space. Another benefit of living in a floating home is that it could provide protection to the residents at the time of flood.
