While most of the camper trailers in the market come with queen-size beds, some manufacturers are also offering trailers with king beds, including the likes of the rugged Tall Boy off-grid camper trailer and Opus O4 with inflatable design. Idaho-based Ursus Campers joined the bandwagon with its King Den model. This adventure camper accommodates a small family and comes at an affordable price.
The King Den features a full-size bed and a bunk bed in the cabin to sleep more people inside. For cooking needs, it includes a side pullout kitchen with running hot water, a 60L 12V fridge, a two-burner propane stove, and a butcher block countertop with storage underneath.
The tankless water heater and 27 gallons of water tank ensure supply in the shower and kitchen. There is also plenty of storage including the 20 cubic feet of exterior cargo storage and baggage compartments on the side.
The trailer uses a 3,500 lbs. axle with LT285/75R/16 all-terrain tires and 16-inch steel wheels. Meanwhile, the cabin features a fully boxed steel frame with a solid center beam and plywood structure with a fiberglass exterior and protective bottom layer.

The custom awning with enclosed walls and skirts extends the living space outdoors and can be enclosed for protection against weather elements. The trailer can also be equipped with 200 watts of solar power and a 100 ah LiPo battery for off-grid living. Other highlighting features are a 20 lbs. propane tank, 360-degree exterior LED lights, 12,000 BTU furnace, USB Charger plugs, and a 12V plug.
Ursus Kin Den camper trailer has a more spacious sleeping area than you would find in this type of RV. The official pricing and availability details are yet unavailable. However, you can expect it to cost around $30,000 – as the owner Scott Adams has put a similar one on sale on Facebook.
