Most tiny homes can be deceiving when it comes to the grandeur of amenities offered by them in limited space. Resonating closely to this fact is Villakula, a tiny house on wheels that is surprisingly luxurious and fits in plenty of big home comforts. It is an expansive setup made by Texas-based Indigo Tiny River Home.

Villakula is a 36-foot-long tiny house on wheels sitting on a triple-axle trailer with board and batten siding. The dwelling envelops dual lofts, a large kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom. Adorning a minimalist gray exterior, an external large utility closet makes way for plenty of storage space. White sliding windows perfectly fall in contrast to the tiny house’s bold look.

Upon entrance, the house boasts an interior dominated by white, stained black ceiling and dark floor -creating a welcoming space overall. Villakula houses a U-shaped kitchen, one of the finest and largest built by the tiny house builder. The kitchen is set in with modern and residential appliances offering a pantry and plenty of drawers for storage.

Next to the kitchen is space for a living and dining area that can serve up to four. A lavish and luxurious bathroom is snuggled adjacent to the living room. It is also unlike what you’ll see in a standard-sized tiny house with modern-day necessities tucked right in.

Both the lofts are spaced opposite to each other in the house. The one above the kitchen is accessed via a ladder and is reserved for storage or as a guest room while the other which is right above the bathroom (main loft,) has an integrated storage staircase. The main loft is spacious enough and has a platform for king-size beds. Single slope roofline creates maximum headroom in the lofts.

Interestingly, the side of the bed jots out a small wooden platform to be used as a workstation. Should you be interested in purchasing Villakula, a calculative total price can be tossed up by the manufacturer on request, depending on the upgrades opted for. The base price tag of $189,000 (excluding taxes) however, isn’t for buyers looking for a budget option.
