For anyone who spends long hours at a desk, comfort and posture go hand in hand. The Vision Chair reimagines this relationship through its Elevated Seating concept, powered by Levitask’s patent-pending T-Mech mechanism. By opening the sitting angle to around 115–120 degrees and encouraging a gentle forward pelvic rotation, it helps restore the spine’s natural S-curve so sitting feels effortless and balanced. Unlike conventional 90-degree chairs that rely on lumbar pads and rigid angles, the Vision Chair is designed around balance and movement. A textured anti-slip seat surface keeps you securely positioned, while core adjustments — including seat height, backrest height and depth, and an optional headrest — let you fine-tune your support.

The Vision Chair accommodates a wide range of users (approx. 4’9”–6’6”, up to 300 lb) and blends Scandinavian minimalism with German engineering for lasting stability. Levitask has brought the Vision Chair to Kickstarter, where it’s seeking supporters to help bring its elevated vision of ergonomics to life.

Buy: $699

If your monthly paycheck is dependent on the number of hours you’re spending on a chair, staring at the screen – sometimes at a group of people, otherwise just at juggling alphabets – you definitely need a comfortable sitting posture and stress less about the pain you’re feeling in the lower back. Vision Chair, built over decades of experience and understanding of what the right sitting posture should be, is definitely the choice I would want to rest on.

The Vision Chair, as evident through the pictures and press information, isn’t another ergonomic chair. It’s a redesign to put the human posture ahead of everything else. According to its makers, this sitting angle provides a posture that feels as effortless as standing, without fatigue. At the heart of this rethought is what Levitask calls the T-Mech mechanism, which elevates the seat and allows the pelvis to tilt forward ever so slightly. But this shape is a crucial shift to the ergonomics of a chair that supports the spine in its most natural alignment. If you’ve ever felt your lower back tighten after a long gaming session, this could be the kind of change that saves your spine and helps your posture.

Of course, a seat that literally tilts you upward puts you in an awkward position, so seeing the images feels like it could make you slide off. Levitask has obviously thought of that. The Vision Chair’s seat features an Anti-Slip Matrix, a texture comprised of micro-dots to provide grip without feeling sticky. While the Vision differs in how it seats you, it is like the other chairs; it offers customizable height, backrest, and headrest.

Early-bird backers can preorder the Vision Chair at $699 and expect deliveries in May 2026. For those who live their lives between deadlines and desk lamps, Levitask’s Vision Chair is a good option to put the back straight up.
