Our lives are full of hustle and bustle, and often we wish to pack our bags and live somewhere remote and secluded. We believe that tiny houses are a good choice for living a comfortable and hassle-free lifestyle away from the buzzing cities. Australia-based tiny house company Tall Tiny introduces its new creation, called the Weekender tiny house. The movable home is 23 feet long and 8 feet wide and is based on a triple-axle trailer, making transportation effortless.

It offers two oversized picture windows and a big bifold door, allowing natural light and fresh air inside. The walls are constructed with ecogroove timber and colorbond steel. Meanwhile, earthwool is used for insulation on the walls and the floor is protected with foilboard green insulation panels.

The bifold door opens into the welcoming living room where L-shaped seating and a wooden floor embrace us. The living room can be made more functional by simply placing a table in front of the seating area. The open-floor kitchen and living room are adjacent to one another.

The kitchen boasts a Paperock bench top, a two-burner induction cooktop, a sink, three under-counter cabinets, and a matte black kitchen mixer. There is also a gas instant hot water system. Two open shelves over the cooking area provide ample storage space. The fireplace opposite the kitchen is a vital element, which keeps the dwelling warm in winter. Now, let’s move towards the bathroom and toilet, which is located on the left side of the kitchen.

In the bathroom, Weekender offers you a hand basin, mirror, and a throne. The bathroom is fully plumbed in a toilet and connected through a ply-lined pocket door. A large awning window prioritizes natural light and ventilation. The contemplative design not only enlarges the space but also reduces energy costs, creating an eco-friendly space.

The sole bedroom of the house is past the living room, behind a partial wall. It features a king-size bed with a tall closet and two picture windows flanking the space. It comfortably sleeps two people, making it ideal for a couple.

The Weekender tiny house stands out as a meticulously designed and well-crafted tiny house offering functionality and sustainability. Whether you seek a weekend party or a compact living solution, the Weekender is a monument to innovative design in the world of tiny homes.
