Tiny houses have come as a boon in times of affordable housing crisis. Moreover, these compact, mobile dwellings can be customized to suit individual needs. For instance, you can have one loft bedroom, two lofts, or a Murphy bed solution in a smaller model. Case in point, Willamette Farmhouse by Tiny SMART Houses is a versatile and spacious tiny house design that can be customized to accommodate both big and small families.

Willamette Farmhouse boasts a stunning exterior in black and red Lap siding walls with a standing seam metal roof in shed style. The tiny house on wheels comes in various configurations ranging from 16-foot-long to 44-foot-long. It also offers a one-loft model, a two-loft model, and a gooseneck model with a loft.

Today, we are talking about the gooseneck Willamette Farmhouse tiny home. Inside, bright pine tongue and groove ceiling and interior trim offer a striking contrast to the dark and moody exterior. Luxury vinyl plank flooring and sheetrock walls come in a choice of colors.

The glass front doors of the compact dwelling open into the spacious kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances to whip up quick snacks and lavish meals while you are out exploring the world. The kitchen features a suburban three-burner propane range, acacia butcher block countertop, drop-in double bowl stainless steel sink, refrigerator, plenty of cabinets to store cooking essentials and microwave.

Next to the kitchen is the bathroom of Willamette Farmhouse. It features a gravity-flush RV toilet or standard porcelain toilet, a shower, and a sink. Given what size model you choose, you can have the option of adding a freestanding bathtub.

A set of stairs lead to the gooseneck bathroom at the back of the house. It has plenty of space to place a king-size bed and high ceilings allowing you to stand upright. There is a gaggle of windows to keep the room bright and airy.

On the opposite end of the house, a sizeable living room provides lounging and dining space. You can customize the area in whichever way you like. You can put a couple of chairs, a table, or a convertible sofa for additional sleeping space. Overhead, an 8’ x 8’ loft is accessible by a 2’ x 4’ ladder.

You can store bicycles, BBQ grills, and patio furniture at the front of the gooseneck trailer for convenient dry storage. Depending on your needs, Tiny SMART Houses can turn Willamette Farmhouse into a dual-loft dwelling with a large kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Needless to say, the stunning model is perfect for a family of six. You can also use it as a weekend retreat and family get-together. The pricing for the Willamette Farmhouse tiny house starts at $54,200.
