This 16.8-square-meter XO house is built by Estonia-based Eestihouse that specializes in prefabricated tiny houses for all year round living. Combining modern architecture and eco-friendly natural materials, this house is fully manufactured at the factory and then installed at the site in just a few hours.

It is a ready-to-use living unit that is delivered in a fully finished condition to the owner, which includes electrical wiring and lighting. The tiny house structure comprises an OSB frame and uses FSF plywood for the exterior and inner lining. Insulated with PUR foam and equipped with PVC log stone roof, it is designed to withstand the cold Scandinavian weather.

There are large windows in the tiny house, including a circular window in front of the living room and bedroom. The kitchen comes integrated with a ceramic hob, sink, refrigerator, and appliances, while the bathroom has infrared underfloor heating, a toilet, and a glazed shower cubicle. There is even a choice to include a terrace or a gazebo, if you may.

This tiny house does not require a separate expensive concrete foundation and can be placed on a pile foundation. It includes all necessary amenities, which means the house will provide a taste of what it is to be a homeowner.
