Each portable lamp is handcrafted with years of Japanese experience and love. The series is elegant and features a serene aesthetic, rooted in Japanese tradition.
The company has been crafting lamps, lights, and traditional fans for over 100 years now. Each piece is handcrafted with bentwood, where wood is given its shape with heat. Washi paper is then pasted from within, unveiling the mesmerizing patterns of the lamps that look right out of a whimsical dream.
The series includes three different portable lamps that are USB-rechargeable and help create a warm and inviting ambiance wherever you go. The series is named ‘Yuragi,’ which means flickering or ambient, and the lamps radiate the same kind of soft and gentle glow for up to 200 hours, creating a relaxed atmosphere. With all these features, the brand tries to combine the traditional Japanese lantern beauty with modern concepts.
Talking about the three variants, the first one is called HINATA, which exudes a gentle and organic charm. The second one is named ARARE, which features a soft, round light on top a hexagonal base for a playful look. Lastly, the tallest in the family is UKIZUKI, which refines its beauty with its quiet presence. Made from Japanese hinoki (Japanese cypress), the lamps illuminate softly while adding to the harmony of the surroundings.
