Swedish micro-dwelling manufacturer Vagabond Haven has introduced the Zenith tiny house, a spacious semi-mobile home specifically designed to accommodate families with children. Launched as an upgrade to the company’s popular Sky tiny house, the Zenith tiny home offers spacious living in a compact footprint.
Measuring 36 feet in length, 11.3 feet in width, and reaching up to 14.2 feet in height, the Zenith tiny house offers approximately 473 square feet of interior space. Unlike towable models designed for road legality behind a vehicle, this particular home sits on a steel platform and is transported by truck to its destined location.
Similar to Venus tiny home designed by Vagabond Haven, the Zenith tiny house is built for year-round Scandinavian conditions. It features robust insulation (7.8 inches of glass wool), three-pane windows, ThermoWood cladding, metal siding, and an aluminum roof. Dwellers can select on-grid or off-grid heating (electric radiators, heat pumps, wood/pellet stoves), solar-compatible electrical systems, and various plumbing configurations, including rainwater harvesting.
The layout includes a living room, main-floor bedroom, loft bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Visitors can access the interior via a glass door that leads directly into a full-size kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with durable upper and lower cabinets and a three-layer oak countertop. Not to mention, a range of appliances, including an induction or gas cooktop and oven, a full-size fridge/freezer, and a range hood.
Adjacent is the living room. This area offers enough space for either a standard sofa or a sleeper couch for extra guests. Vaulted ceilings add to the airy feel, while an oversized house-shaped window draws in natural light. The standout feature of the living room is the dedicated dining space, complete with a full-size table and four chairs. This comes as quite a surprise, considering most tiny homes feature a breakfast bar or fold-down tables that double as multipurpose surfaces. Having a proper dining setup is, therefore, a luxury.
On the opposite side of the living room is the bedroom of the tiny house. The primary bedroom is located on the lower level, offering generous headroom for standing comfortably. It features a double bed with optional built-in storage, a dressing table, and extra cabinetry.

The second bedroom is upstairs and accessed via a removable wooden ladder. Designed as a loft with a low ceiling, it provides enough space for a double bed. Additionally, there is a walk-in, or more accurately, crawl-in, closet that can also be used as a compact third bedroom, ideal for a child.
The bathroom in the tiny house offers a choice between a composting or an incinerating toilet, and comes outfitted with a shower cabin, a washing machine, and a vanity. Zenith tiny house starts at $74,450, with pricing reaching up to $98,000 depending on customization options.
