There are folks who love to have coffee at dawn and go cycling at dusk. And then there are lads who transfigure a cycle into a coffee table to relish their gluttony for good caffeine. Bicycles that are no longer in use or are treated as discarded objects have been transfigured into a brand new white coffee table by Eyal Regev.

The unique idea of the designer has left many jaws dropping and taste buds craving for more. The creator of this unique coffee table happens to be an industrial designer. Eyal has his roots in Israel, where he runs a studio named Regev, based in Givat Brenner a small settlement that lies in interior Israel. Making use of his artistry, this time he finds a scrapped and dumped cycle to give it a good shape.

The children bicycle through a little wear and tear is successfully transformed into a brand new white coffee table, which looks absolutely ornate and is very pleasing to the eye. Regev follows the idea of ‘Ready Made’ art style and practices the restoration and renovation of used objects with a modern vintage twist.

In his little piece of art, a small kids bicycle is very elegantly transformed into an intriguing coffee table with the use of a white frame, light colored wood, and round transparent tabletop, that gives the design a fresh look.

Constituting a body of a bicycle frame, the coffee table measures around 37cm in height and 45cm in diameter. For more detail and information regarding this upcycled design visit the official website of the industrial designer.
