Epoxy river tables have received a lot of coverage over the past few years. Usually made of wooden planks with colorful resin in between, these tables can serve as a perfect centerpiece for your living area.

Generally, you’d see wooden banks with epoxy resin flowing like a river in the middle, albeit that is not the case with the Epoxy Waterfall River Table by John Malecki. Instead, the former American football offensive guard and furniture maker opted to do something out of the box and made a gorgeous epoxy waterfall table that mimics a glacier runoff. The table is finished with a clear layer of epoxy protecting both the wood and the resin.

The table features a blue-tinted epoxy resin river running through the entire tabletop to the bottom of the table, giving it an effect of a waterfall. Using an intricate crafting technique, the designer also added some bubbles to the river for extra depth, mirroring a real waterfall.

Malecki used a single pour for his epoxy waterfall river table, which is poised on wooden surfaces with one side mimicking a glacier and the other end imitating a waterfall. John Malecki has shared a video tutorial to help others DIY an epoxy waterfall river table.
