Built by London-based architecture and design practice Studio RHE for Six Senses luxury resort, this two-story house with a swimming pool deck is built in between weathered granite cliffs and is clad in black granite to blend with the landscape. It is part of similar nuclear bunker-style homes situated on the island of Félicité in Seychelles.

The studio has designed four such concrete houses in accordance with the passive cooling concept. They capture the wind using a ‘venturi’ effect and naturally cool the living area.

The vacation home has four bedrooms with a personal bathroom, gourmet kitchen, and lavish living room with a terrace. The interior space has elements like concrete floors, oversized furniture, custom built-in shelving, and floor-to-ceiling windows to offer uninterrupted ocean views.

The studio has taken 12 years to complete these luxury vacation houses with massive ocean views. They are intended for larger groups or families. Check out the property at Six Senses’ official website.
