Every Julia Child, revolutionizing the culinary world, has a Julie Powell following and dreaming to achieve what Child did. To that accord, good kitchen space is absolutely necessary for both; those learning the art and those leading the culinary charts.

The residential kitchen appliance brand Sub-Zero and Wolf understands this and has created the Wolf Induction Cooktop to provide a technologically advanced feature for a modern kitchen.

The new induction cooktop range has a contemporary design and elevated functions. The Wolf Induction Cooktop is equipped with sensor cooking modes to control low heat for simmering along with the Leverage Boost Mode to instantly upturn the heat. But that is not the most alluring option for the transitional range.

What makes it appealing to a modern cook is the bridge function that links two induction zones into one, allowing one to place a griddle or open roaster. The Bridge function will provide you with a large cooking space to cook pancakes and bacon across a griddle or have an open roast. It also features 17 power settings providing half-increment regulations and individual zone timers.

Additionally, it is energy-efficient thanks to its almost instant temperature reaction while the full-color LCD panels on the flat touchscreen allow for ease of use and control. The exact increments of temperature can function from set timers across the different zones of the cooktop as well. You can simply turn off a zone by double tapping at an instant to circumvent heat transmission to other ingredients.

Becoming part of luxury kitchens of the future, the mode setting to regulate low heat for simmering, keeping warm, and melting without ruining the meal add to the allure of the impressive range of 30” and 36” Transitional Induction Cooktops. The ceramic glass surface is stain and scratch-resistant, which means it will always be in pristine condition and is easy to clean.
