Tiny Mountain Houses offers affordable custom tiny homes throughout the United States. Renowned for making some of the best tiny houses with the likes of Mt. Everest, Yukon, and Pyramid Peak, the Silverton-based tiny house manufacturer has left us thoroughly impressed with its gorgeous micro-dwellings. Today we introduce you to another beautiful tiny home by Tiny Mountain Houses that lets you live large in a small package.

Dubbed Marlo Summit, the 18 feet long tiny house comes with a deck over flat floor design. It comes finished in a bluish LP Smart Panel with rough-sawn trim and cedar accents. Measuring 10 feet wide, the tiny house is built on heavy-duty tubular steel and packs two lofts, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room.

Upon entering the home via a standard single-light door, you are graced by a beautiful living room, entry closet, and side kitchen. Talking of the living room, it comes equipped with two armchairs and a center table. As aforementioned, there is an entry closet that offers storage for coats and shoes.

Next, we have the kitchen of the tiny house. Featuring white shaker-style base cabinets with drawers, and overhead cabinets with adjustable shelving, the kitchen area offers plenty of storage space to the user. Boasting a 36-inch tall laminate or butcher block countertop with a full-height subway tile backsplash, the Marlo Summit’s kitchen looks beautiful and allows you to prepare scrumptious meals. Not to mention, the 24-inch stainless steel sink and satin nickel faucet.

Tiny Mountain Houses also offers optional cabinets including snack bars, custom pull-out leaf tables, loft storage cabinets, wine cabinets, bookshelves, and hang-up closets. The kitchen provides a 10-inch counter alongside a three-inch desk area with a pantry cabinet. It also features appliances ranging from a stainless fridge and two-burner induction to an electric cooktop and a washer and dryer.

Marlo Summit also has two lofts. The primary loft functions as a typical bedroom while the secondary loft can be used for storage purposes. Ideal for a family of two (or couples shall I say), the tiny house can be availed at $89,000. There is also a small bathroom at one end of the tiny house. It includes a 36-inch one-piece shower and a toilet.
