Willow Tiny House Offers Luxuries of Traditional Home in Mobile Configuration

Canadian tiny home builders have established themselves among the best manufacturers in the world, including Acorn Tiny Homes, Fritz Tiny Homes, Minimaliste Houses, and Zerosquared to name a few. Founded in 2017, Calgary-based Zerosquared has amassed popularity for its high-functioning and chic micro-dwellings. The Willow by the builder is one such tiny house on wheels that provides the luxury and comfort of a traditional home in a 34-foot-long configuration.

The Willow tiny house is 8.5 feet wide and 13.5 feet high, providing a spacious interior with a high ceiling. Built on a triple-axle trailer, it has a striking black and white steel siding exterior broken by multiple big windows and two French doors. One of the entrances opens into the living room, while the other opens into the kitchen.

The interior carries the same color palette as the exterior and fits a main-floor bedroom, a loft bedroom, a spacious walk-through bathroom, a living room, and a generous kitchen. The living room is designed to be the perfect gathering zone. It has a convertible couch, an entertainment unit, a fireplace, and a suspension net overhead.

The kitchen is adjacent and features generous L-shaped countertops, with pull-out counter space to serve as a dining table. It is outfitted with a three-burner stove, oven, microwave, range hood, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry, and loads of custom cabinets clad in black.

Opposite the cooking area, a storage-integrated staircase leads to the enormous loft. The loft has plenty of space to fit a king-size mattress, a couple of nightstands, and cabinets. It can serve as a kids’ bedroom or a guest room.

Under the loft, a walk-through bathroom is designed in two sections. The bathroom has a ceramic sink, a standard toilet, and a washing machine tucked beneath the counter on one side, while the tiled shower stall is on the other side. There is an option to opt for a shower/tub combination unit as well.

The main-floor bedroom is tucked behind a pocket door and is accessible through the bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed and multiple cabinets.
