Poland-based builder Mobi House has quickly become one of my favorites. Offering a myriad of micro-dwelling options that are not only beautiful but affordable as well, the company has swiftly risen as one of the best tiny house makers in Europe. The Sage Tiny House by Mobi House carries the design essence of its maker by blending freedom of mobility with the comfort and relaxed ambiance of traditional housing.

The Mobi Sage tiny house on wheels is a 27-foot-long single-lofted compact dwelling that stays within the bounds of road legality. Built with high-quality Scandinavian spruce, the tiny house can withstand harsh weather conditions while adequate insulation keeps the interior cozy year-long.

The micro-dwelling only includes one loft bedroom, while the ground floor features a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The advantage of a single-bedroom layout is that other areas get more space to themselves and feel roomier. Additionally, the big windows dotting the frame also help maximize light and airflow inside to keep more welcoming.

The front door opens into the living room. It comes with a large sofa, coffee table, and a fireplace. Surprisingly, the coffee table can turn into a dining table, while the addition of a convertible sofa bed can provide extra bedding. A duck staircase leads to the master bedroom. The handrail of the staircase has discrete LED lighting. The space under the stairs has been used to create closets to store cooking essentials and other accessories.

The compact kitchen includes an electric cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer unit. Underneath the generous countertops, plenty of cabinets are added, one of which is an adorable cat cabinet. Designed for a cat to venture in and out freely, the inclusion of a cat house in the cabinet itself frees up more floor space. Above the kitchen counter, small cabinets are installed along with glass shelves and open shelving.

The bathroom is past the kitchen. It comes fitted with natural wood accents and white walls, just like the rest of the house. The bathroom has a full-sized shower stall, a vanity sink, a mirrored medicine cabinet, a toilet, and storage cabinets.

The loft bedroom is located above the bathroom and the kitchen. It has a privacy wall, a king-size bed flanked by windows, and space for nightstands.

The Mobi Sage tiny house feels even more spacious with 10-foot high ceilings. All micro-dwelling by Mobi House are priced somewhere between €40,000 and €90,000, which is roughly $44K and $98.5K. Unfortunately, these gorgeous houses are only being delivered in Europe as of yet.

Listening to her grandmother weaving nighttime tales to penning down her own thoughts, Priya developed a penchant for stories and their origin early in her childhood. After her master's in literature, she started writing copiously on diverse topics including architecture, interior design trends, and home improvement while learning the ropes of copyediting. For the past couple of years, she has been crafting DIYs for Homecrux. Reading novels, painting, and baking are her favorites on her long list of hobbies. She also loves to eat, travel, meet new people, learn about different cultures, and listen to stories.
