Virginia-based builder, Tiny House Building Company, has an impressive fleet of tiny houses on wheels. Each model is designed to cater to the unique needs of a varied clientele. The Olivia by the manufacturer is a three-bedroom gooseneck tiny house that can fit a family of six with ease. One of its earlier models, the Olivia tiny house is outfitted with twin lofts, a gooseneck bedroom, a cozy living room, a U-shaped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and plenty of clever storage options.

Measuring 40-foot-long and 8.5-foot-wide, the Olivia tiny house has a beautiful board and batten exterior. The front French doors open into an equally elegant interior. A cozy living room greets upon the entrance.

Opposite stands a quaint custom storage staircase; it is half a staircase with the upper portion completely intact while the bottom half of it is neatly tucked underneath. When pulled out, it forms a U-shaped staircase.

Past the living room, a big U-shaped kitchen is designed to utilize every nook and cranny. The kitchen features custom cabinetry with quartz counters, a custom tiled backsplash, a farmhouse sink, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a ventilation hood. Two big closets separate the living room and the kitchen. These can be utilized as a pantry or organize other household items.

The staircase has plenty of drawers to keep nitty-gritty items. It leads to the master loft bedroom, which has a skylight, custom railing, and a built-in bookrack. It has plenty of space for a king-size mattress to sleep two people.

On the other side, a closet is located next to the bathroom. Clad in aqua blue tiles, the bathroom has a vanity sink, a large soaker tub/shower combo, a flush toilet, and a washer/dryer unit.

Above the bathroom, another loft is located. It can be used for storage or sleeping. There is enough space for a queen-size bed or twin beds and a built-in storage rack. Outside the bathroom, a short flight of stairs leads to the gooseneck bedroom. The bedroom has another skylight and an extended bookrack from the loft. It can fit a king-size bed to sleep two people.

Priced at $125,000, the Olivia tiny house is perfect for a small family. Moreover, it can be customized with different features to suit your requirements.
