The Swedish company Fractal Design much known for creating PC cases has expanded its range of products with the latest line-up at Computex Taipei 2024. They have created Refine which is their first-ever gaming chair that brings together the comfort of a high-end office chair backed by special controls to elevate the gaming experience. As per the sources, the Refine gaming chair will be available for purchase in the third quarter of 2024.
The Refine chair is well suited for office use, home office setup, or gaming den thanks to the hybrid design DNA. The high-end features offered by the gaming chair include adjustable lumbar support and armrests suited for times when users want to enjoy gaming for longer stints. Such features are a prerequisite of new-age gaming chairs where users look for comfort as the priority.
The Refine gaming chair boasts handy adjustment features like altering headrest height, seat height, and lumbar support. Also, the armrests move in four directions and there is an adjustment option for tilt tension as well. Notably, the tilt can be locked in 13 positions offering fluid and ergonomic recline courtesy of the synchro-tilt mechanism that helps you lean back comfortably during intense gaming moments.

If you simply glance at the chair’s design, it feels more like a neatly designed office chair rather than a geeky gaming chair. Fractal Design will offer Refine gaming chairs in various models and finishes namely Mesh Dark, Fabric Dark, and Fabric Light with prices starting at $550. A special Alcantara Dark model will cost buyers considerably more at $900.
