Joely tiny house is a family-friendly mobile home constructed by Havenwood Tiny Homes. The dwelling has three bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two loft bedrooms) in its compact layout, which makes it suitable for larger families. It is functional and adapts to the modern lifestyle of the dwellers.

The dimensions of this tiny house are 23 feet long, 9 feet wide, and 15 feet high. The exterior has insulated vinyl wall cladding, colorbond sheeting, and flashings to the roof with a guttering water pump. There are outdoor GPO outlets and a front entry light for a humble look. The windows and a sliding glass entry door keep the interior bright. To extend the living space, a deck can also be added.

The interior of the tiny house is minimal. It is insulated, space-saving, and outfitted with a compact kitchen, bathroom, living area, and three bedrooms, making the space family-friendly. The living area by the entrance is a snug space where a sofa, coffee table, and TV can be adjusted.

Adjacent is the kitchen. Compact but functional, it is equipped with a cooktop, range hood, oven, washing machine, and a designated space for microwave and refrigerator. There is a countertop, ample cabinets and shelves, and under-stair storage, to maximize the space.

The kitchen leads to the bathroom. Enclosed by a sliding door, it has usual facilities such as a shower, composting toilet, towel rail, light fitting, vanity sink, and a little more storage for everyday convenience.

As aforementioned, the house has three bedrooms, one is located downstairs, next to the bathroom. It features bunk beds and can be a perfect sleeping space for kids. If someone’s working from home, the room can also be utilized as an office.

The storage-integrated staircase leads up to the master bedroom in the loft. It has a double bed, awning windows, and plentiful shelving for belongings. The room adjoins the third bedroom in the loft through a secure walkway. It can be occupied as a cozy sleeping or storage space, whatever the space demands. The Joely tiny house is priced at AUD 149,800 (roughly $94,000).
