Are you planning to buy a tiny house this summer? Well, hold your horses, because I have a pro tip for you. Instead of waiting for the summer, or shall I say, ‘the tiny house season’ to begin, I recommend booking your tiny home right now. The best time to buy a tiny home is typically during the off-season, as this is when you’ll likely find the most available options and potentially negotiate better prices due to lower demand. So, if you are somewhere in North America, you better book your tiny home right now before the prices start increasing.

But you don’t necessarily have to do the scouting part, because we, at Homecrux, keep bringing you new tiny house models almost every day regardless of the season. The micro-dwelling I will be introducing to you today, which could potentially be your next home, is the $145,000 Bella tiny house on wheels. Based on a triple-axle trailer, the Bella tiny home boasts a modern design that weaves style, practicality, and sustainability in a compact package.

First spotted by Auto Evolution, the 36-foot-long tiny house is designed by Da’Tiny Homes. The mobile home is poised on a heavy-duty trailer that provides mobility and stability, ensuring the house is durable and transportable when needed. Complementing the heavy-duty trailer is the sleek, modern exterior of the Bella tiny house.

The home is built with weather-resistant Thermowood Finnish pine siding and treated with a protective sealer to ensure long-lasting durability. Large, energy-efficient double-pane vinyl windows line the home’s sides, flooding the interior with natural light while minimizing energy consumption. Da’Tiny Homes has used an aluminum sandwich panel roof that offers superior insulation and protection during extreme weather conditions.

The interior of the Bella tiny house is thoughtfully designed. It features Thermowood Finnish pine at large which creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The high-quality materials extend to the flooring as well, with waterproof vinyl flooring installed throughout, providing a durable and easy-to-maintain surface.

Space-wise, the Bella tiny house features a spacious living area, kitchen, main-floor bedroom, and a bathroom. I’d say the living room is perfect. It comes equipped with an L-shaped sofa that faces the large glass door and overhead bookshelf. Nearby is the kitchen of the tiny home. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a full-size refrigerator and microwave, as well as an upgraded exhaust hood and premium fixtures for added functionality.

The bathroom is equally well-equipped, with a full-size shower, a dual flush toilet, and an exhaust fan to ensure comfort and proper ventilation. For those who prefer single-level living, the Bella tiny house has a downstairs bedroom. The bedroom is spacious enough for a queen-size bed and has ample storage. The tiny home also includes a multipurpose loft that can be used as a secondary sleeping area for guests, a cozy reading nook, or even additional storage space.

The Bella tiny house is designed with sustainability in mind. It has superior foam insulation with an R20 rating on the walls and R25 on the ceiling and floors. In terms of energy efficiency, the Bella tiny house comes equipped with LED lighting throughout, reducing overall energy consumption while maintaining a bright, inviting atmosphere.

As is a standard in tiny homes, Bella tiny house is designed to be set up with RV-style hook-ups for water, electricity, and sewer, offering versatility in terms of location and setup. With all these amenities and spacious interiors to offer, no wonder, the Bella tiny house is priced at $145,000.
