It is quite interesting how cleverly this 21.6-feet tiny home utilizes the interior space to accommodate a family of four. Polish company Redukt has used its Pura model as a recreational accommodation on a plot between water and forest near the Teltow Canal in Berlin, Germany. The makers have thoughtfully designed the interior space to ensure a comfortable stay and boast a stunning Nordic style on the inside out.
The mezzanine has been lowered while leaving a fully functional space on the ground floor. This space accessible by stairs allows two people to sleep, read and relax. There is also a skylight in the loft to let the guests sleep under the stars. The main highlight of this tiny house is a wide corner sofa with outside views. It serves as a cozy lounge, a storage compartment and when unfolded it turns into an additional sleeping space for two more people.
The guests enter through double entrance doors to reach the living area with views of the terrace and a small garden. There are small windows on both sides of the living room that bring in natural light and airflow. Just next to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with a laminate worktop, sink, two-burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, and storage cabinets and shelves. There is everything you will need to cook food with your loved ones. This space also houses a foldable table that you can place in front of the sofa or on the terrace.
One highlight of this dwelling is the wardrobe located next to the entrance door. It has a special shoe compartment and hangers on one side and a dedicated workspace on the other. The bathroom is separated from the living space by a lightweight sliding door. It has a full-size shower, a washbasin with a cabinet and a toilet. A window is strategically placed above the sink to frame the garden views outside.
The Pura tiny house also has a technical room that also serves as a laundry room under the mezzanine. Infrared floor heating and air conditioning are also included to ensure year-round comfort. The gable roof is finished with black metal sheets that beautifully complement the darkened spruce façade. This dark color combination helps the house blend with the surrounding nature.
