Robotic lawn mowers have evolved significantly in a short time, progressing from basic boundary-wire followers to app-connected devices equipped with advanced features. This rapid evolution and growing demand have attracted a range of new manufacturers, with each brand offering its own vision of the ideal robotic mower. Among them, Airseekers has made a strong impression in the robotic lawn care space, releasing several impressive models that showcase innovative approaches to automated mowing.

On the pretext of CES 2026, Airseekers has unveiled the Tron Ultra robotic lawn mower, thus introducing its most advanced autonomous lawn care solution to date. The Tron Ultra builds upon the company’s first-generation Tron robotic mower launched last year, bringing notable upgrades in mowing efficiency, navigation intelligence, and all-terrain performance.

Boasting four-wheel drive and steering capabilities, the 4WD lawn mower is designed for homeowners with complex lawn layouts and uneven terrain. This is possible courtesy of Airseekers’ new 3-in-1 FlowCut 2.0 mowing system, which continuously cuts, mulches, and redistributes grass clippings. The dual-disc cutting setup covers 60 percent more grass per pass and improves mowing time by up to 58 percent, while producing ultra-fine clippings that decompose quickly and act as natural fertilizer. “By redistributing clippings evenly, the system helps maintain lawn health while reducing the need for additional fertilizers,” the company states in its press release.

Another aspect where Tron Ultra distinguishes itself from other lawn mowers in the market is its navigation prowess. The mower features AirVision 2 AI Navigation, which combines advanced vision technology with LiDAR sensors to deliver precise mapping and obstacle avoidance. The lawn mower comes equipped with a front-facing camera supported by dual side cameras, all providing a 300-degree field of view.

The integrated radar allows consistent operation in rain, low light, and visually challenging conditions. “Real-time visual path correction and multi-map memory enable the Tron Ultra to accurately manage multiple lawns, making it suitable for larger properties or users with more than one mowing area,” the company claims.

As aforementioned, the Tron Ultra comes equipped with a four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering system. This configuration allows the mower to climb slopes of up to 85 percent (40 degrees) and perform lateral and diagonal movements with ease. Its compact turning radius helps minimize lawn compaction, preserving turf quality even with frequent autonomous operation.

Powering the Tron Ultra are swappable, user-replaceable batteries that provide up to three hours of runtime per battery, with a charging time of approximately 2.5 hours. When battery levels run low, the mower automatically returns to its charging dock.

Airseekers has also introduced a new beacon-based boundary system that eliminates signal dead zones, ensuring reliable performance under trees, around bushes, and near structures, without the need for RTK stations or perimeter wires. The Airseekers Tron Ultra is expected to launch via Kickstarter in April 2026, with an estimated price of around $3,000 in the US.
