Starbucks knows how to amuse our appetite with its iconic beverages and food. The coffee giant swooned us with its holiday menu back in November. Now here we are, drooling again over its February menu with the latest food and drinks, marking the beginning of a brand new year. Making a bold way to the menu are new and spirited matcha beverages, limited-time Valentine’s Day drinks, and the latest debut of a new dark-roast whole bean coffee and globally-inspired bakery additions.

We have seen the matcha fever infiltrating every home in the past year. Some experimented with the recipes, while some kept it simple. Whatever the case, the love for matcha has grown. Starbucks feels the same and introduces two new matcha beverages with a pop of color, flavor, and texture. The new matcha beverages include Iced Double Berry Matcha and Iced Banana Bread Matcha. There is also a Raspberry syrup featured in the Iced Double Berry Matcha, making a comeback as part of the year-round menu.

The holiday season may have ended, but not the festivity. Starbucks knows that, as it prepares coffee lovers for some refreshing Valentine’s Day drinks. To celebrate the season of love, the coffee giant offers two Valentine’s Day beverages, White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew and Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino, for you and your significant other. Mind you, they are here for a limited time and will fly off the shelves as soon as they arrive.

Celebrating Starbucks’ five years of roasting craft, the 1971 Roast, a new dark-roasted coffee blend, joins Starbucks brewed and whole bean coffee lineup. These newly debuting roasted beans have a hint of toasted sugar and rich walnut, made from the finest beans from Colombia, Sumatra, and Brazil. It will surely take your coffee experience to a whole new level. It will impress even a non-coffee drinker.

The Dubai Chocolate Bite, Cookie Croissant Swirl, Yuzu Citrus Blossom, Berry Blondie, Strawberry Matcha Loaf, and Chocolate Pistachio Loaf are some of the most gourmet treats on the menu.
