The Mockingbird tiny house by Pratt Homes is a Park Model that offers 399 square feet of living space in a clever design. Featuring two porches in the front and the back, the Mockingbird provides well-balanced indoor-outdoor living, full-sized amenities, and an airy layout that makes it feel more spacious. The two porches come as optional inclusions, but trust us, once you see them, you’d want to spend that extra buck to get them.

Setting a new standard for downsized living, the Mockingbird has vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and premium finishes throughout to increase the roominess. The exterior has dusty blue wood cladding. Cedar wood posts frame the front and back porch, which is entirely screened in for a perfect private sanctuary in sunroom-style space.

The Mockingbird tiny house has pine wood ceilings inside and out, flawlessly pairing rustic charm and modern elegance. The glass front door opens into the open-plan kitchen and living area. Here is the interesting thing about the kitchen of the Mockingbird: it has a rollable island, a feature rarely seen in regular homes, let alone micro-dwellings.

The L-shaped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and a subway tile backsplash that matches the marble countertop. It includes a refrigerator, range hood, cooktop, microwave, and even. For storage, the kitchen features plenty of cabinets under and above the countertop. The rollable island hides more storage and can double as a dining space.

The adjoining living room has cozy seating, a coffee table, and an electric fireplace with a television on the mantle. The room has a handful of large pentagonal windows pouring in tons of natural light and outdoor views. You can swap the couch for a convertible sofa to increase the sleeping space in the dwelling.

Next to the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer unit that takes care of your laundry. Past that is the full bathroom with black shower tiles, a vanity sink, a toilet, and two cabinets. The dual-entrance bathroom is accessible from the communal areas and the bedroom.

The bedroom comes with a mini-split unit for optimal temperature control. It has room for a king-size bed and two side tables. The room has a sizeable walk-in closet. From there, you have access to the screened-in private porch at the back.

The Mockingbird tiny house offers a warm living space with a back-to-nature design and feel. It is packed with modern amenities and conveniences, such as a fireplace, a rollable kitchen island, and a walk-in closet. While we don’t have a word on the pricing, expect the unit to cost well above $100,000.
