The entire structure of the tiny house is engineered to comply with the GEG DE (German Building Energy Act) standard, making it eligible for the regulations required to serve as a year-round home (primary residence) in Germany.
The wooden construction is insulated with PUR foam, Aluthermo, and Styrodur to ensure proper energy efficiency and thermal comfort throughout the year.
