Hello. We purchased a 7ft large Sunbubble greehouse from you (via Territorial Seed Co.) and are having a terrible time setting it up!
The paper directions were NOT helpful but we managed to get it up….and to install most of the struts, except for the last three near the zippered door. That part of the structure remains caved in. Try as we might we just cannot make it work – and in the process we bent one of the connecting rods! Your paper instructions had no information about the metal circle to be installed at the top…but I finally found an old YouTube video that showed us how and where it was supposed to fit. However, since some of the rod and struts are not in the correct position we cannot install the metal circle in the top of the structure. Is there anywhere on line where we can get some more detailed instructions? I’m extremely disappointed – as I was so looking forward to putting my seedlings inside!! Please help. I really want this to work.
