We love tiny houses aimed at breaking space constraints and are big in comfort and luxury. One such dwelling is the Airlie tiny house by Luxe Tiny Homes. It is an exquisite micro-dwelling on a galvanized, heavy-duty triple-axle trailer. The Airlie is a dream abode for anyone who admires the luxury of downsizing in an eco-friendly sojourn with off-grid options.

Measuring 26 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 14 feet high, the Airlie tiny house encapsulates all the charm and glory of a perfect mobile home that offers a quality lifestyle with everything built in for effortless living. If you are a culinary magician, then this large kitchen will have you drooling. The exterior is built in environmentally friendly pine timber frames keeping sustainability at its core and has color bond cladding in night-sky color. With multiple single-glazed aluminum windows and large double-entry glass doors, the interior feels bigger and more welcoming.

The sun-bathed and insulated interior has a 193-square-foot living space that accommodates a kitchen, a living space, a bathroom, and a loft bedroom. The flooring is done in quality waterproof vinyl timber that ensures longevity.

The doors open to a larger-than-life kitchen with a countertop, a sink, an under-counter, overhead soft-closing cabinets and drawers, and a large pull-out pantry. For a better cooking experience, there are appliances like a cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a chimney, and a dishwasher. A cozy space for the breakfast bar is on the other side of the kitchen by the windows facing the outdoors. This highly functional kitchen offers an open plan living, giving you freedom and space to explore your cooking skills.

Next is a restful living space that can occupy a fold-out couch, a coffee table, a bookshelf, or a wall-mounted television for entertainment. For a more exhilarating indoor-outdoor experience, the large awning window is just the right choice for this little nook. It looks like a perfect space to cuddle up with a book or take a power nap, we would be doing both if we lived in that tiny house.

The bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen, under the loft. It is spacious with a frameless glass shower, a toilet, a vanity sink with a premium stone bench top, a washing machine, and an additional storage option. It gets more luxurious with Italian tiled walls. The loft bedroom is above the bathroom, accessible via stairs, with a standing landing area. It is spacious enough for a queen-size bed and has room for accommodating a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a lamp.

Other facilities that make the Airlie tiny house more functional and easy to dwell in include an air-conditioner, hot water system, outdoor lights, power points throughout, LED lighting, ceiling fans, plumbing facilities, smoke detectors, and many more. Priced at AUD 165,800 (roughly $108,300), the house is built with premium materials and admirable craftsmanship making it durable and lasting for generations. You also get off-grid and eco options including a composting toilet, 600L black and grey water storage tank, and custom solar options.
