There are many people in the world with a dream to build affordable and quality homes. Nashville-based New Frontier Tiny Homes has built the luxurious Alpha Tiny Home, keeping that dream in mind. Leaving behind the size-constraints, Alpha Tiny Home includes luxurious and multi-functional details such as reclaimed barn wood, hardwood floors, large glass windows, sliding glass doors, subway tiles, and a custom garage door that can be turned into a deck or awning. There are trendier and modern features in this house too, that’s why it was recently featured on HGTV’s “Tiny House, Big Living.” Season 3, Episode 9.

New frontier Tiny Homes has infused luxury in the tiny house on wheels stylishly with appliances, accessories, furniture and much more.. The 240 square-foot tiny house-on-wheels is built from 24’ trailer with a combination of charred Shou Sugi Ban cedar and western red cedar siding on its exterior. The mechanical seam metal roof, custom glass garage door, fold down deck, awning are its unique exterior features. With these foldable properties, both sides can be left open, allowing the fresh air to come in, and expand the spaciousness of the house. Some integrated details such as closed cell spray foam insulation, Typar rain screen, and moisture barrier protect the house for a longer period.

The tiny house on wheels cleverly utilizes space and includes most features a luxurious home has. A step-up kitchen having latest appliances, custom drop-down cabinetry, stainless steel sink, and plenty of storage places beautifully describes its compact and useful design. The barn-wood stairs to kitchen and other storage boxes can be expanded into a dining table for eight people in the multi-functional-living area. Tiny house includes a full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, a composting toilet, and a washer and dryer duo. The loft bedroom above the bathroom is accessible by an oak library ladder. This innovative tiny house amazingly contrasts materials with style.

The Alpha Tiny House is a modern aesthetic home design built from natural and textured materials which are of the highest standards in luxury. While we talk of expensive apartments around, this mobile home offers luxury and better space optimization at a relatively low price of $95,000.
