If you want to buy a bigger tablet to enjoy your favorite Android games with your family, then you should have a look at the Android-powered coffee table by Ideum first. Dubbed Platform Multitouch Coffee Table, it lets you play games and surf the web on a 32-inch or 46-inch touchscreen.

Considering the kids and jealous guests around, Ideum created the multitouch coffee table to be sturdy and waterproof, good to withstand average living room spills. This coffee table can help you check email, tweet your discussion, and even play games like Minecraft, all sitting in front of one heck of a large tablet.

Ideum, the Mexico-based company well known for producing multitouch tables and custom hardware, collaborated with renowned manufacturing company 3M to mass-produce the Platform Multitouch Coffee Table. Like their other touch tables, this table also distinguishes itself with a touchscreen display.

The coffee table is designed to run Android 4.4 KitKat and it can also be purchased with Windows 7 or Windows 8 operating system. In case you are unable to decide between Windows and Android, you can simply opt for a dual-boot system with Windows 8/KitKat OS.

The Platform Multitouch Coffee Table packs a Core i7 processor and features 60-point multitouch. It features 1080p LCD display that is chemically-strengthened to make it waterproof. The Android coffee table includes 16GB of RAM and 500GB HDD, and it is priced at a whopping $6950.

In case you are not ready to invest all that money, you can simply rent one in U.S. and Canada. Check out the video below to see how the multitouch coffee table works.
