The tiny house lifestyle has been redefining space and storage in a smart way wherein properly utilizing the space can make all the difference. While most people think that adopting a tiny house inherently means compromising on things and comfort, the Tiny XXL House by The Tiny Houses Bimify is a render that defies all such notions with its spacious layout and tons of storage options.

This French tiny house – built on a semi-trailer – is 44.2 feet long. An inviting nut-brown exterior with a gaggle of windows complements the bright and roomy interior. From a loft room to a sizeable ground-floor layout with two bedrooms and all residential amenities, the tiny house has it all in its lavish 354 square feet interior.

The smart configuration and intertwined spaces between the kitchen and living room help free up more space for two rooms. You are greeted with two smaller rooms toward the left side of the entrance. The smallest room can be perfected as a baby room or as a home office.

Adjacent to it is the living room, which can easily fit in a practical L-shaped sofa with integrated storage. A massive storage staircase, overhead cabinets, and shelves offer abundant storage space. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge. A dining spot with generous seating is placed opposite the kitchen.

The low-ceiling loft bedroom sits right above the kitchen. The loft area provides to be a great substitute for being a storage place, additional accommodation, or a workspace.

A discrete hallway on the main floor guides your way toward the bathroom and the master bedroom of the Tiny XXL House. The bathroom has enough space for a separate washer/dryer unit along with basic facilities.

Naturally lit and well-ventilated, the master bedroom has plenty of walk-around space. It has a gorgeous, oversized window creating the illusion of an outdoor space yet is perfectly cozy and secluded. With a choice of three frames and four finishing options, the tiny house can be availed for over $136,000 for the turnkey version.
